Aiki Therapy for an individual begins with identifying the individual's purpose for the sessions and their purpose in life. We then examine each aspect of the individual, mind, body and soul and explore what is out of balance or not in harmony with their purpose in life. Using cognitive, behavioral, somatic and Aiki Therapy, we explore what isn't working and identify practices to address what needs to change, building confidence and skills as we go. As each practice turns into a way of being, we identify the deeper challenges and goals, gaining clarity, purpose and identity as we go.
